Shipping policy

This policy applies to all orders of our 18L Small Tactical Molle Backpack and all other merchandise sold on purchasehub.shop, fully compliant with Google Merchant Center return disclosure requirements, EU 14-day consumer withdrawal rights, and US FTC retail standards.
1. Eligible Return Window
All unused, resalable products qualify for return or exchange within 30 calendar days from delivery date of your order. For EU customers, a mandatory 14-day cooling-off period applies regardless of our 30-day standard window.
- If your order ships in multiple packages, the return window starts on the delivery date of your final package.
- Return requests submitted after the 30-day window will be automatically denied unless the item arrives damaged/manufacturing defective.
2. Return Eligibility Conditions
To receive a full refund or exchange, returned tactical backpacks must meet all criteria:
- Unused, unworn, no dirt, scuffs, stains, or personal wear marks.
- All original factory packaging, Molle straps, tags, detachable accessories, and instruction inserts included.
- No permanent modifications, custom engraving, or fabric alterations to the backpack.
- Accompanied by your original order number and delivery confirmation photos if requested.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following goods cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene, safety, or manufacturing reasons:
- Final sale discounted clearance items marked “No Returns” on product page.
- Custom-modified backpacks, personalized printed gear.
- Damaged goods caused by customer misuse, improper storage, or accidental breakage post-delivery.
- Consumable accessories (fabric repair patches, disposable straps).
4. Damaged, Defective, or Mis-Shipped Items (Our Error)
If your backpack arrives broken, defective, missing components, or you receive the wrong product/color:
- Contact [Support Email] within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of damage, packaging, and shipping label.
- We provide a fully prepaid return shipping label at zero cost to you.
- Two resolution options: Free replacement unit shipped immediately OR full 100% refund including original shipping fees.
- No restocking fees apply for manufacturer defects or order fulfillment errors.
5. Standard Customer-Initiated Returns (Change of Mind)
If you return a functional, undamaged backpack for personal preference (size, style, capacity):
- Customer is responsible for all outbound return shipping costs to our warehouse.
- Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- A flat 10% restocking fee applies to cover inspection, repackaging, and inventory processing (waived only for defective goods).
- Free shipping order thresholds do not apply to return shipments.
6. Step-by-Step Return Process
- Submit return request via email to [Support Email]; include your order number, full name, and reason for return.
- Our support team reviews eligibility within 2 business days and sends official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
- Securely repack the backpack with all original components; write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box.
- Drop off the package with your chosen carrier and retain the tracking number for records.
- Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item (3–5 business days processing), we issue your refund or exchange shipment confirmation via email.
7. Refund Timelines & Payment Methods
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card).
- Internal processing: 3–7 business days after warehouse inspection completion.
- Bank/credit card providers may add an additional 5–10 business days to post funds to your account (timelines outside our control).
- Partial refunds will be issued for incomplete returns (missing straps, tags, packaging). Store credit is available as an optional alternative to monetary refund upon customer request.
8. Exchange Policy
We offer direct exchanges for different backpack colors or identical model replacements subject to stock availability:
- Exchange requests follow the same 30-day return window and eligibility rules.
- If the new item has a higher price, you pay the price difference before exchange shipment. If lower-priced, we refund the difference.
- Exchange shipping to customer is complimentary for defective items; standard exchange outbound shipping fees apply for preference-based swaps.
9. Order Cancellation Refunds
Unshipped orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase receive an instant full refund with no fees. If order processing has begun, standard return policy restocking and shipping rules apply.
10. International Cross-Border Returns
International customers initiating returns must cover all outbound return shipping, customs clearance fees, and import duties for the return shipment. We do not reimburse international customs taxes paid on original delivery unless the product was defective due to manufacturing fault.
