This shipping policy governs all order processing, delivery timelines, shipping rates, free shipping thresholds, international customs rules, and tracking for our 18L tactical Molle backpacks.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders undergo manual verification and warehouse packing before dispatch:
Standard processing window: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
Orders placed after 2 PM EST will start processing the following business day.
High-volume sale periods (new arrivals, holiday promotions) may extend processing to 4 business days; we post delay notifications on homepage banner during peak seasons.
No weekend or holiday warehouse shipments.

3. Tracking Information
Once your order ships from our warehouse, an automated email with unique carrier tracking number and live tracking link is sent to your purchase email address. You may also view tracking history at purchasehub.shop/order-tracker by entering your order number and email. Tracking updates refresh every 24 hours during transit.
4. International Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
All international import duties, VAT, customs processing fees, and local sales taxes are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer upon delivery.
We declare accurate product value ($19.99 per tactical backpack) on all customs documentation per international trade law; we cannot mark items as “gift” to avoid tax liability.
Customs clearance delays, hold times, or seizure of goods by destination border agencies are outside our control, and we will not issue refunds for customs-related delivery failures unless the product is returned to our warehouse intact.
5. Split Shipments & Partial Deliveries
Large multi-item orders may ship in separate packages to reduce weight and shipping cost. Each package receives its own tracking number, and you will receive individual tracking emails for every shipment. Our 30-day return window starts on the delivery date of your final package.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments In Transit
Lost package: Contact support after the maximum published transit window has passed. We will file a carrier trace investigation. If confirmed lost by the shipping provider, we offer free replacement backpack or full order refund at your choice.
Stolen after delivery: If tracking shows “delivered” but you never receive your package, file a local mail theft report then forward the report to [Support Email]. We will review your claim and provide resolution case-by-case.
Transit damaged goods: Follow the damaged item process outlined in our Return & Refund Policy; we supply prepaid return label and replacement at no cost.
7. Shipping Address Correction Rules
Customers must submit address change requests via [Support Email] before the order enters warehouse processing. Once shipped, address edits cannot be modified, and misdelivered packages will require customer return shipping fees to resend corrected delivery. We are not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses entered by the buyer at checkout.
8. Free Shipping Terms Clarification
Discount coupon codes may reduce cart value below threshold and remove free shipping eligibility automatically at checkout. Free shipping only covers domestic US ground service; expedited and international shipping tiers never qualify for free delivery.
